Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need a reservation?

Yes! You must reserve and pay for your tickets in advance by booking online. Go to our Book Now page to see what days/times are available. If we don't have the day/time you want, shoot us an email or txt to see if we can accommodate. Let us know the day, time, headcount number. For additional assistance, please call or txt 765-570-6896.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are $25 per person. Treasure Hunter & Kitchen Disaster require minimum 4 players.

Can I add more people to the reservation later?

Yes! You have to book the minimum 4 players to reserve. From there, you can add any players when you arrive. We can charge to the card on file, a new card, cash, or Venmo. We cannot REMOVE or REFUND any existing players on the reservation however.

Are Escape Rooms safe?

Yes! Every room is monitored by a Game Master. They are there to provide hints and help for the players, as well as safety as a top priority. There are multiple exits out of the building and pathways are unobstructed.

Are we locked in the room?

No, you are not actually locked in the room (shh! It's due to fire regulations). You are free to exit the room at any time, but the timer will keep going! But immerse yourself in the story and find a way OUT!

Is it scary or will I feel claustrophobic?

Our escape rooms do not feature jump scares, life actors, or scary themes (yet). Our rooms are large enough to fit 8+ adults comfortably, and freely move around. It will feel like a room in your house!

Are tickets refundable?

All sales are final and refunds are not issued for cancellations or no shows. We are happy to help you reschedule with more than 24-hour advanced notice. If you contact us within less than 24 hours, a $25 rebooking charge may apply (to cover our labor).

What ages are appropriate?

Our rooms are designed for Adults & Teenagers. However, many younger children do well with close parental guidance. Ages 8 & above must hold a ticket. As you click through to book a room it will outline the parental guidance requirements of that room.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your reserved time to get checked in. The experience is one hour long, with photo ops at the end and any questions answered.

If you show up late, the escape room timer may already be ticking (to keep other rooms on pace for the day). We'll get you in as quickly as possible, so you can use any time left. Gamemaster reserves the right to keep the game door closed, however.

Speed up your game-play process by signing waivers in advance. You can access it and sign it here.

Are the games private or shared with strangers?

Many escape rooms have you pay extra for privacy or share with others. Rush to Escape offers a 100% private experience for you and your guests, at no extra charge.

Can I bring my phone into the room? Can I take pictures or video?

You may bring your phone into the room, but it cannot be used during the game. Pictures and videos are not allowed inside the rooms. Don't want to spoil the experience for anyone else!

Can I drop off my children to play?

If anyone in the group is under the age of 17, then one of the players must be an adult/guardian and be a playing member. 8 and Above must hold a ticket.

Do you offer food or drink?

Food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms (unless you purchase in the foyer). Our gamemaster reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated or causing a disturbance.

Are your rooms handicap accessible?

Partially! Our building is handicap accessible but there may be elements of each experience that are not fully accessible. This should not hinder the overall experience as we have taken this into consideration as we have built them. However, if anyone has mobility or special needs, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate as best as possible!
